Fitzgerald Fostering and Consultancy is a small independent fostering agency that recruits, trains and supports foster carers across the South East and London areas.

Ensuring that children have every opportunity to achieve their full potential.

Our experience

Our range of experience, skills and knowledge enables us to provide our foster carers with the guidance, supervision, support, training and challenge they need to develop their own skills to provide quality family placements that meet the needs of the children they foster. We are committed to ensuring that children who need to be looked after by our foster carers have the quality of care that they would give to their own children, or those in their own family networks. When recruiting we look for carers who share that commitment.

Our Commitment

We are committed to ensuring that children who need to be looked after by our foster carers have the quality of care that they would give to their own children, or those in their own family networks. When recruiting we look for carers who share that commitment. Carers working with Fitzgerald Fostering and Consultancy Ltd are part of a small, friendly, qualified team. The support offered to carers comes from people they have come to know and trust through the approval and assessment process, and from people who know what the challenges are in providing looked after children with secure placements that meet their needs.

Our support

The support, supervision and training carers receive enables them to meet the challenges that the fostering task brings and allows them to gain the personal and professional rewards of making a difference to the children they care for.
